We currently have a vacancy for a Facilities Coordinator.  This post will fall under the Facilities Division at Lancaster University you will form part of the Security operations team reporting to the day supervisor/shift supervisor in the main Security Lodge.

Working hours: Monday-Wednesday 0800 –1630; Thursday 0800 – 1600; Friday 0800 – 1300 plus weekend rota and rota for call out duties

What you’ll be doing

We are looking for a cleaner to provide routine and reactive cleaning duties to support our aim to make campus an inspiring place to be such as cleaning all teaching spaces according to schedules, ensuring standards of work are carried out to the highest standard and done in line with university policies and procedures with regards to health and safety.

You could be working in:

• lecture theatres
• technical laboratories
• the library
• the sports centre
• offices
• student residencies, or
• at indoor events.

You will be part of our Facilities – Service Delivery department - a team of 250 people – delivering a safe and high-quality environment for our whole university community.   All equipment and University branded uniform is provided for this role.
