            <p>The Faculty of Science and Technology are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and creative individual into the role of Recruitment and Conversion Coordinator. The overall function of this position is to provide a high standard of support to various departments in undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment, conversion and marketing activities, and to play a full role in its development and success. You will organise and be involved in on-campus recruitment activities such as open days and offer holder events and play a key role in delivering the school recruitment and marketing plan in collaboration with academic colleagues. The post holder will work closely with colleagues in the school and join a wider Faculty team of colleagues who work in the same type of role for each department/school.&nbsp;</p><p>Applicants will be expected to demonstrate initiative and creativity in a fast moving and challenging environment of student recruitment. &nbsp;The ability to work on your own initiative and communicate with a range of people from a variety of backgrounds is essential. &nbsp;The successful candidate will have a varied workload and have supervisory responsibility for a team of department student ambassadors.&nbsp;</p><p>Blended working including a combination of in person office based and remote digital working from home is likely.             <p id="isPasted">The Faculty of Science and Technology at Lancaster University is seeking to appoint x2 part-time Student Programmes Coordinators, on a 0.6 FTE basis. As part of the Student Programmes Team, you will support the delivery and administration of student programmes and the student experience. The Student Programmes team, led by the Student Programmes Officer, provide support to staff and students across all Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes within the Department.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;You will initially be based in either the Psychology or Physics Department but may be expected to work within other department Student Programmes Teams within the faculty as required.</p><p>&nbsp;The ideal candidate for this role will take a collaborative approach, contributing to continuous improvement, problem solving and promoting consistency. This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys a diverse workload and can adapt to working with a wide range of colleagues.
